Why have you charged me?
I have been charged, but I have not used EasyPark recently. Could you explain why?
If you're seeing a transaction or charge in your bank statement that you do not recognize, please check the following:
1. Check if there is a parking is visible in the parking history
Open the EasyPark app, tap Menu and check Activity.
Charges are processed 1-5 working days after the parking session is concluded, so the charge may be for a previous session.
We recommend that you send yourself the receipt by tapping the latest parking session in the "history" tab, to get a full overview of all the latest charges.
Note that if you use a card as your payment method, a single transaction may include multiple parking sessions.
2. Check if it is Subscription-related charges
EasyPark GO Subscription: If you have an active subscription, this charge may appear even if you haven’t recently parked. Check under Menu - Subscriptions.
EasyPark Business Subscription (Pro/Premium): Same as above—verify in the app under Menu → Subscriptions.
EasyPark Small has no monthly fee.
None of the above applies to me, why was I charged?
3. Check if the charge is related to a express pay session
Incorrectly registered vehicle: The camera may have incorrectly started a parking session for your vehicle at a location where it wasn't parked. These instances require manual review.
You will find the parking session under Menu - Activity.
Old or rental vehicle: Could it be a car you no longer own, or a previously rented vehicle?
How the session started: Check if you started it manually in the app, or if it began automatically via express pay.
4. Check If you have both a private account, and a business user - Dual accounts
Are you using both a personal and a business account? Please verify that the parking session was started under the correct account. If the wrong profile was selected, you may have been charged to your personal card instead of being invoiced through your company’s account.
5. Optional SMS reminders
These incur a small additional cost. Enable or review fees directly in the app.
