Updating Invoice Details

To update your invoice details:

1. Log in to your account with your username and password.

   • If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Can’t log in?” option to reset it.

2. From the left-hand menu, select Payment Groups.

3. Navigate to the specific payment agreement you wish to update.

4. Edit the relevant fields with the new or correct information.

This allows you to securely update your invoice details on the platform.

Note:

• To update e-invoicing information, provide us with the following details: new e-invoice information and your account's customer number. This cannot be done from self-service.

• This process does not apply if your company’s business registration number has changed. In order to make the update, we need to know your account's customer number and the new business registration number.
